William A.'Bill'Rempe, 67 of 4610 Crescent Hill Dr died on November 2, 2003 in Flagstaff, Arizonia. He was born on December 1, 1935 in Wheeling, West Virginia to the parents of William J. & Katrine O'Brien Rempe. Was employed by Phoenix Imaging for 5years. Was also retired from Zerox Corporation after 25+years of employment as a sales representative. He was a Veteran of the Marine Corps. And a member of the Catholic Faith. He enjoyed fishing, yard work, UK Sports, and being with his grandchildren: His is survived by his wife of 44yrs. of marriage: Jean K. Rempe. Three sons & daughter-in-laws: Doug & Gina Rempe of Shelbyville, Kentucky, David Rempe of Nicholasville, Kentucky, Mark O. & Jill Rempe of Newburgh, Indiana. Two daughters & son-in-law: Lori Rempe of Pompano Beach, Florida and Carrie R. & Bill Barr of Lexington, Kentucky. Grandchildren: Garrett, Ben, Ellen, Amber, Margaret, Victoria and soon to be Emily. Also surviving is his mother: Katrine Rempe of Wheeling, West Virginia. One brother, Mike Rempe, two sisters Barbara McFadden, Katrine Gutman all of Wheeling, West Virginia. Services will be held at 10:00am. Friday, November 7, 2003 at Haley-McGinnis Chapel. Visitation from 4:00 to 8:00pm. Thursday, and 8:00 to 9:30am. Friday with prayers at 6:00pm. Thursday. Msgr. Bernard Powers will be officiating. Family request that donations be made to: American Heart Associaton or Owensboro Area Museum of Science & History. Envelopes available at the funeral home.
