He was born on April 11, 1976 in Valparasio, Indiana to the parents of Junior Albert and Sue Ellen Cook Boone of Calhoun, Kentucky. Also surviving; maternal grandparent; Nettie Cook of Owensboro, Kentucky. brothers and sister-in-laws: Kenny & Sherrie Shirel of Maceo, Ky., Ricky Johnson of Hobart, Indiana, Jerry & Terri Boone of Owensboro, Kentucky, Charles & Sandy Boone of Calhoun, Kentucky; sister and brother-in-laws: Veronica & Jerry Graham of Wanatah, Indiana, Elizabeth & Roger Imes of Morristown, Indiana. Services will be held at 2:00pm. Saturday, January 10, 2004 at Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home, visitation from 12:00 to 8:00pm. Friday and from 10:00 to 2:00pm. Saturday. Reverend Tim Hall will be officiating.
