Thelma Irene Hunley Shirley 89 of Glasgow died Monday, March 29, 2004 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Barren County she was the daughter of the late Robert 'Bobby' and Maggie Mae Minor Bowles and the wife of the late Hugh Shirley. Mrs. Shirley was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include 4 sons Clarence Hunley, Malcolm Hunley, James Hunley and Fianc�e Brenda and Walter Hunley all of Glasgow, 3 daughters Magdalene Shockley and husband David of Glasgow, Jimmie Houchens and husband Hugh of Glasgow and Julia Moran and husband Charles of Greenbrier, TN, 7 step-sons Clarence Shirley, Howard Shirley both of Glasgow, Paul Shirley of Crawfordsville, IN, Wayne Shirley of Indianapolis, IN, Kenneth Shirley of Minnesota, Stanley Shirley of Gary, IN and Ronnie Shirley of Iowa, 4 step-daughters Ruby Dulworth of Frankfort, IN, Sue Jones of Crawfordsville, IN, Janice Euliss of Danville, IN and Joyce Dickson of Crawfordsville, IN., 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, several step grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her first husband James O. Hunley,1 step-son Russell Shirley, 8 brothers Leonard, Kenneth, James, Veachel, Mitchell, Luther, Richard and Orvie Bowles, 3 sisters Lillie Horine, Dorothy Tucker and Lamatra 'Pat' Piper. Funeral services will be held 1PM Thursday, April 1, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Randolph, KY. Visitation will be after 2PM Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at the funeral home
