  1. Thinking of you Pam, Sandy, Brenda, Chuck and families. I loved your mom and her friendship, energy and dedication to whatever task she choose to do. I remember the first years of Project Graduation. She called me and said that in anyway she was needed, she was there to help. SHE DID. I asked if she could head the Community Solicitation Committee. What a wonderful job she did! I could not help but laugh when she told me that one donor said that he really wanted to donate and for her to come back at a more convenient time for him. SHE DID. I think she made at least 5 trips and he donated. What a worker she was and knowing that this was for THE KIDS———-ALL THE SENIORS SHE LOVED SO MUCH.
To let you know, your parents were great friends of our family———Doc and George would hunt together while Shirlye and Martharean would prepare lunch———–some really awesome meals. My husband and I also loved your parents——–Doc and Shirlye were always there for our family—absolutely always. Beyond a doubt, your parents are together now——-the lifelong love they shared was amazing and now they are holding hands again.
Prayers sent to all of you from Tucson, Arizona. I think of my Old KY Home often and my KY friends. Much love to all. xxxxxxxxoooooooo

  2. May you find peace and comfort in the days ahead. I always enjoyed the cards mama (Mary Kathryn-a Johnson first cousin) shared with me that she received from Shirley.

  3. Price family,
We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. She was a very special lady. I know that you will miss her dearly. Our family thought a lot of her and your dad. We will continue to keep you all in our prayers.
    Love and prayers

Sorry to see the news about your mother. Please accept my most sincere condolences.

  5. I know you are comforted in the knowledge that she is in a much better place now. Keeping a watch over her beautiful family. I know you are going to miss her so much. But you have all those wonderful, happy memories of all of you together. Keep your memories close to your heart. Cherish her life.
