  1. Dear Carolyn and Charles,
I wanted you to know that I was so sorry to hear of Sammy’s passing.
You have my sincere sympathy. Carolyn I still remember the last time I saw you and Sammy . You were walking at the Pavilion and I was leaving
coming down the hall behind you . I had been there taking therapy after surgery. I had already spoken to you and Sammy stopped and turned around and told me that “ if you ever need anything you just let me know”.
I have never forgotten that . I knew he meant it. Charles I still remember you
Bobbie and Gene visiting Doug at Frazier Rehab after his accident. He always enjoyed those times so much . You always brightened his and my day .
He loved all of your family .
Love , thoughts, and prayers to you and to all the family ,
    Betty Faye
