Rebecca Karen Robbins age 69 of Glasgow passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at UK Medical Center in Lexington. Rebecca was the daughter of the late James and Lela Coffey Holley. She attended Wisdom Faith Community Church in Metcalfe County. Rebecca worked for many years at RR Donnellys in Glasgow before pursuing her vision and dream of an online retail market in 1996. Because having a website designed was so costly at that time, without any experience she designed her own for her company Robbins Nest. She purchased and sold antique glassware and dishes. She became number two in the nation with the amount of inventory she had acquired. On November 1, 1985 she married her soul mate Darryl Robbins who survives. Besides Darryl she is survived by five children. Karen (Keith) Robbins of Glasgow, Stephanie Trent of Hardyville, Neicy (Kevin) Trent of Hardyville, David (Jennifer) Robbins of Horse Cave and Amos (Amanda) Ballard of Glasgow. She is also survived by one brother, Jimmy (Sharon) Holley and one sister Bernice Holley all of Knob Lick. Rebecca has twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren who all lovingly refer to her as Nanny. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers. Danny and Jerry Holley. Funeral services for Rebecca Robbins will be held 1:00 PM Saturday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Houk Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday and after 9:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis all attendees will be required to wear a mask and the funeral service will be limited to close family only. Butler Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted to care of Mrs. Robbins. Please share your condolences with the family at www.butler-funeralhome.com.

I will miss your sweet voice
Our deepest sympathy to the family of one of the most faithful women we ever had the opportunity to know. We met Becky through Darryl, who taught us in a Bible study group for a season and was the minister at our wedding. I later came to find out Becky is the mom of a high school friend. Her sweet spirit and radiant smile is unforgettable. We all lost touch over the years. Darryl, Neicy, and all your precious family—I know you are aware that a reunion is coming and how wonderful that day will be! Until then, may the Lord comfort, bless, and keep you all!
I will miss you my sweet cousin, so many great memories of all us cousins growing up together, Now you are with all our other angels,Until we meet again, Love You, Shirley

So sad to see the obituary in the paper. The last time we talked she told me she was feeling better. I had no idea she was in the hospital. Sympathy to Daryl and all the family.
