Marvin E Jackson, 71 of Owensboro passed away 12-29-05 at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born to Guy Jackson and Ethelene Kyle Jackson in 1934. He was retired from Pinkerton Security as a security guard. He was a member of the Owensboro Faith Fellowship and enjoyed watching wrestling, talking about his past and hanging out with his dog, Princess. He is survived by his wife, Martha Simmons Jackson, married 39 years. Also surviving are two daughters, Charlene Tammy Tucker and her husband, Alan of Masonville and Starlet Renea Light and her husband, Richard, Owensboro. Five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Brother; R.C. Jackson and his wife, Marguerite of Owensboro and a sister, Dorothy Kennedy of Masonville. Uncle, Herman Kyle and Aunt, Anna Lee Greer and Louise Kyle.

  1. I knew Marvin as a brother in Christ. I have had the pleasure of knowing him for his dedication to christianity, and for his great since of humor. I will miss him terribly, but he will now be walking the streets of gold as he went home to a better place
