Mable McStoots, age 75 of Leitchfield passed away Monday, November 30th 2020 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. She was born September 17th 1945 in Grayson County, Kentucky, the daughter of Raymond & Rosie Mercer Decker. She attended the Church of God of Prophecy and was a devoted homemaker who took care of her husband, children, and grandchildren throughout her life.
She is survived by her three sons, Danny McStoots, Jack McStoots (Debbie), & Joe McStoots (Deshawna), five grandchildren, Summer, Todd, Christina, Josie, & Joseph, one great grandchild, Avery, two brothers, Everett Decker & Jimmy Saltsman, and one sister, Lou Clements.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee McStoots, two brothers, Charles & Sherman Decker, and one sister, Clorene Decker.
Due to the latest mandates from Governor Beshear’s Office, services will be private. If you’d like to leave your condolences to the family, please leave them on our tribute page.

Just have seen your loss. I know it will never be the same with mama gone. But I hope you know the Lord and talk to him to give you peace and strength during this time. I always thought she was a sweet lady.

I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Miss Mabel’s beautiful smile and her kind words each time I saw her. I know she has been struggling for the past few years and now her struggle is over. Please know you will be in my prayers and thoughts now and in the days to come.
