  1. When I think of my friend Lisa I can only think of Vince Gill’s song Go Rest High on That Mountain. This is what I thought…

    I know your life
    on earth was troubled
    and only you know the pain
    You weren’t afraid to face the devil
    you were no stranger to the rain

    Go rest high on that mountain
    Girl, your work on earth is done
    Go to heaven a shoutin’
    Love for the Father and the Son

    Oh, how we cried the day you left us
    we gathered round your grave to grieve
    I wish I could see the angel’s faces
    When they hear your sweet voice sing

    Go rest high on that mountain
    Lisa, your work on earth is done
    Go to heaven a shoutin’
    Love for the Father and the Son

    Go rest high on that mountain
    Lisa, your work on earth is done
    Go to heaven a shoutin’
    Love for the Father and the Son

    Go to heaven a shoutin’
    Love for the Father and the Son

    Goodbye Lisa, my friend. I love you.
    Save a seat for me.

    Love,Dani

  2. Uncle John;

    I was very saddened by Lesa’s news. I am very far away from all of you; but you are never more than a thought away. You and Dylan are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

    Lesa was a very special aunt to me. A funny memory of her for you to share with other’s was her “warning me” that my parents suspected I was “sneaking” to visit with a neighbor boy 20 years ago. She did this “warning” while the boy was hiding in the closet! It was unforgetable; as she also is.

    I love you John.

  3. John / Dylan;

    Our entire family would like to send our deepest sympathy to you and all Lesa’s family. We know this must be a very hard time for all of you. If there is anything we can do for you please do not hesitate to call. We will respect your wishes and will not attend the viewing or the funeral. But, please know we are here for you and Dylan and we are thinking of you all during this very trying time. May God be with all of you.

  4. I’m so sorry for your loss. I remember working with Lesa at McDonalds when I first got out of school. She was such a sweet and nice girl. The world needs more people like her in it.We’ll never understand why things like this happen. But we know god now has another beautiful angel with him and her pain is over. I’m thinking of all of you and I know you’ll make it through this,it will just take time. Take care and GOD BLESS YOU!!
