  1. Joe is still a little boy to me. I baby-sit with Joe when he was approx. 1 yr old. During the time Alice was born. Two cutest baby’s ever! Joe fell off the back porch while I was babysitting with him and busted his lip, it left a scar that he still has today. I called him Joseph Edward when I got upset with him. I loved him so.

  2. I want to share want to share what a great uncle Joe was to me. He always took the time to say hello when I stayed out at my grandmas house. He was always kidding around with me and teasing me. I really loved him a lot. When I had my daughter Julie Marie he proudly accepted the role of Godfather. He has been really good to her. He always sent her cards on her birthday and when she called him to thank him took the time to find out what she was doing in school, sports or whatever Julie was wanting to talk about.(If you know Julie it was usually a long-winded conversation ) I will miss him very much, and so will Julie and the rest of my kids. Our prayers are with all of you. We Love you. Donna and Family

  3. Stacy, Words cannot express what I feel for you at this momment. I want you to know you are in my prayers and thoughts. Cling to all the good memories you have and share them with your son. May God comfort you and your family with friends and other family members.
Remember I will be thinking of you and your family.

  4. We are so saddened at the loss of our dear nephew. We want to offer our condolences to you, Angie, Holly, Nick, Stacy, and Ty. We are sorry Leslie and Seth won’t get to know this wonderful man we all loved and respected. Joe would greet us with his beautiful smile and always made us feel welcome even when he was busy.
    God bless you all.
    Uncle Ralph & Aunt Frances

  5. Dear Angie and family,
You haven’t seen me since I was 17. I met you and saw Joe as an adult in the late 70s. I remember how happy and beautiful you both looked together and I’ll bet you never lost that feeling you both had as newlyweds back then. I’m so sorry that this happened and please remember that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Love, Cathleen (Ralph’s daughter), Gerard & Caitlin

  6. Angie, Stacie, Holly, and family:
Paul and I always shared many good school memories with Joe. He was a classmate that could always make you laugh or was fun to share a laugh. As Julie may share with you, our vacation plans prevent us from attending the funeral but know our thoughts and prayers are with you.
    Paul & Becky Hubert
