Johnny “Trey” William Moran III, age 24 of Leitchfield, passed away Monday, November 23rd 2020 in Hart County, Kentucky. He was born December 16th 1995 in Leitchfield, Kentucky, the son of Johnny William Moran Jr. Kimberly Elaine Winchell Moran. He was a graduate of Grayson County High School and worked as a clerk for the United State Postal Service.

He is survived by his parents, Johnny Moran Jr. Kimberly Moran, one sister, Linda Elaine Moran, paternal grandmother, Linda Lou Moran, maternal grandmother, Diane Elaine Harvey, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Due to the latest mandates from Governor Beshear’s Office, services will be private. If you’d like to leave your condolences to the family, please leave them on our tribute page.

  2. Trey was a wonderful person, I actually attended postal training with him in Louisville back in February. And went through the on the job training in Leitchfield with him. He was super smart and friendly. Rest Easy Trey

  7. I am so sorry for your loss. I drove upon his accident and was second person on scene. It breaks my heart such a young man. I held your sons hand and talked to him as long as they allowed me to. I have been praying for you and your family since I left the scene. He will forever be in my heart!!

  14. I didn’t know Trey for all to long but he was an absolutely amazing sweet person and you couldn’t be prouder of the man he grew to be. I was with him the Saturday before the accident and he showed me around Litchfield and the surrounding area telling me all these stories. I’ll miss him dearly, prayers for Treys family.
