He graduated from Daviess County High School in 1990 and the University of Kentucky in 1996 with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Haward C. Warren and his grandparents, Marvin and Maxine Evans. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Anna and Gordon Greene His father, James H. WarrenVickie Grandmother, Mabel Warren Sisters, ShelleyMarkSchmitt, SusieLyleParrigin and Christi Greene Brothers, ClarkTeresaGreene and Robbie Greene Uncles and Aunts, BenHollyWarren LarryFlossieEvans MikeHelenEvans Mary Beth Tignor Ellen Wimsatt JoeAnnEvans HarryJanEvans Billy Evans MarkSherylEvans RogerDebbieEvans And many loving relatives and friends. Jay enjoyed NASCAR, water sports and restoring antique cars with his Dad. He was a Chief Judge for the American Wakeboard Association, judging tournaments worldwide. Jay was loved very much by his family and friends and will be greatly missed. Services will be held at 2:00pm. Sunday, June 13, 2010 at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home. Visitation at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home from 2:00 to 6:00pm. Saturday and from 12:00 to 2;00pm.
