James Robert
James Robert J R Duvall, passed away 8-26-05 at his daughter's home. He was born in Atkins, Ark. to the late Walter Duvall and Cordella Venable Duvall, 11-19-20. He was retired from Duvall Roofing after 25 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during WW II and the South Pacific. He was a member of Immanual Baptist Church. He was an avid golfer, horse races, painting, growing flowers and spending time with grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Ruth Duvall in 2004 after 62 years of marriage. He was also preceded in death by four brothers; Floyd Duvall, Lloyd Duvall, Earl Duvall and R B Duvall, and a sister. Cora Ree Hutchinson. He is survived by four daughters: Diana Cameron and her husband, Steve, Mason City, Iowa, Susie Crowe and her husband, Denny, of Owensboro, Rosemary Duvall and David Geralds, Lexington, and Cathy Carter of Owensboro. Grandchildren: Michael and Laura Crowe, Lucie Duvall, Emily, Dwayne and Elliott Carter and Patrick Cameron. Four sisters: Nora Lee Hibbs, Little Rock, Ark., Betty Lou Cliffton, Euleta Doddridge and Juanita Ferguson, all of Benton, Ark. Two brothers: Charles Lee Duvall, Titusville, Fla. and Kenneth Duvall, Fort Worth, Texas. Several nieces and nephews.
