Jackie W. Sewell 76 of Glasgow died Thursday at the T. J. Samson Hospital. He was a native of Richmond, IN the son of Bob and Anna Conder Sewell. Mr. Sewell was a tool and die maker for the Laughter Corp. in Ohio before retiring to Glasgow. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and served during WWII.
He is survived by his wife Aggie Crabtree Sewell; 2 sons Jackie (Lenora) Sewell of Springboro, OH and Billy (Michelle) Sewell of Centerville, OH; a daughter Vicki Southerland of Glasgow; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A son Raymond Phillip Sewell, a daughter Debra Ann Sewell, two brothers Bob Sewell and David Yundt and a sister Wanda Delk, preceded him in death.
A memorial service for Mr. Sewell will be held at 3:30pm Sunday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. There will be visitation with the family on Sunday from 2pm until time for services. Mr. Sewell will be cremated.
