Henry I. Head, Jr., 41 of 4690 Free Silver Road, Knottsville KY passed away 12-31-04 at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville Tenn. He was born 8-19-63 in Daviess County KY and was the son of Henry I. Head, Sr. and Virginia Schwartz Morgan. Mr. Head was a self employed plumber and was employed at Montgomery Webb Plumbing and Heating and Logan Aluminum in Russelville KY. He was a member of St. William Catholic Church. He is survived by his parents and children, Lee Henry Head, Dalton Thomas Head, Ryan Payne and Sarah Payne all of Knottsville. His fiance, Marla Payne of Knottsville. Brothers and their wives, Marty and Andrea Head, O-Fallon, Missouri, Randy and Eva Head, Owensboro and Michael Head and Starla, Owensboro. Two step-sisters, Sherry Turner and Shelley McCarthy both of Owensboro. Sister-in-law, Debbie Head, Owensboro. Several nieces and nephews.

  4. I knew Jr. from my teenage years. We lived in the same neighborhood in Masonville and attended the same high school. I am sorry for the loss of such a good person.
