Forrest Thomas McCuiston 82 of Glasgow, Kentucky died Sunday June 12, 2005 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in New Concord, KY the son of the late Roy McCuiston and Mary Underwood Sanders. Mr. McCuiston was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Glasgow and was a member and former teacher of the Fellowship Sunday School Class. He retired from the U. S. Army in March of 1969 as a Master Sergeant after more than 28 years of service. He is survived by his wife Rosalie Smith McCuiston; 2 daughters Phyllis Prerost and husband Al of Bowling Green, KY and Barbara Reed and husband Jerry of Glasgow; 1 son Tony McCuiston and wife Pam of Glasgow; 7 grandchildren, Lisa Bradley York of Franklin, TN, Todd Rogers of Lawrenceville, GA, Amy Scurria of Chapel Hill, NC, Candy Browning of Glasgow, Tiffany Toliver of Glasgow, Kathy Logsdon of Nicholasville, KY and Tara McCuiston of Bowling Green, KY. Seven great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren also survive. In addition to his parents a daughter, Suzanne Bradley, preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday June 14, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the First United Methodist Memorial Fund, 500 S. Green St., Glasgow, KY 42141.
