Elizabeth Kollenberg Fantini, wife of the late Walter J. Fantini, passed away Saturday, 4-16-05 at her home. She was born in Owensboro's Germantown district, 5-6-07 to Arria and Frederick Kollenberg. She was a life long member of Central Presbyterian Church and a long time member of the Live Wire Sunday School class. Her volunteer work included many years at the Help Office. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Elaine Fantini of Buffalo, New York, her daughter and son-in-law, Elissa and Keith Sanders of Owensboro, her granddaughter, Ashley Sanders of Lexington, KY., grandsons; Matthew Fantini of Buffalo, New York, Christopher Fantini of Rockport IN. and John Fantini of Louisville. Five great grandchildren, a nephew; Rus Kindrick of Centerville, Ohio, nieces, Sally Ekkens of Kettering, Ohio and Lori Kindrick of Wilmington, N.C., and her devoted long-time caregiver, Mary Incontro.
