Charles Wendell Hulsey, Jr., 56, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Owensboro, KY., passed away July 15, 2005. Charlie was a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and had over 25 years experience in land planning, civil engineering and architecture. He was Vice President and Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture for the WLB Group. He was also a member and past board member of the Arizona Planning Association. Charlie was preceded in death by a son, Charles Wendell Hulsey, III, and his parents, Charles Wendell Hulsey, Sr. and Rose Alice Bristow Hulsey. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Nancy White Hulsey; a son Wesley Grant Hulsey at home; one sister, Alice Shelton of Philpot, KY. and two brothers, Tom Hulsey of Philpot, KY., and Don Hulsey of Utica, KY; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held in Tucson AZ. Memorial contributions may be made to Beacon Group, 25 E. Drachman, Tucson, AZ 85705.
