Brian Lee Stephens, 53, of Glasgow, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2022, at the Norton’s Hospital in Louisville. Brian was born in Glasgow on November 23, 1968, to the late Angelo Stephens and Emily Louise Hagan Stephens. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by two daughters, Shauna Bunch (Forrest) of Glasgow, and Ashley Stephens of Louisville; two grandchildren, Kylie & Ross Bunch; brother, Jeff Stephens (Carol) of Glasgow; sister, Barbara McMillen of Glasgow. Nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Timothy Stephens and Richard Osborne; two sisters, Kathy Osborne and Lynika Osborne.

Graveside service for Brian Stephens will be held 1:00pm Wednesday August 17th at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Stephens. Please share your condolence with the family at

  1. I just seen Mrs. Sandy Johnson’s Facebook posting about Brian’s passing. I’m so sorry for your loss. I went to BCHS with Brian and thought of him as a friend. R. I. P Brian and sing for the angels like you did to me. Watch out for my Mama and you might not want to tell my Daddy that you know his daughter. I will miss you.
