Beulah E.TinyHazelwood, 85, of 631 Triplett Street, passed away March 7, 2005 at the home of her daughter, ThelmaSissyWatson, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was born in Daveiss County to the late Elderd and IdaWrightConkright on January 16, 1920. She was of the Baptist Faith, she retired from the Owensboro Daviess County Hospital after many years. She enjoyed her family, church and traveling. Preceded in death by her husband Louis Hazelwood on November 5, 1986, granddaughter, Cindy Watson, November 23, 1989, grandsons, James Louis Hazelwood, April 30, 1972 and William E. Pate, August 5, 2000, great granddaughter, Lisa Marie Carter, April 27, 1989, great grandson, Jeremy Pate, August 26, 1998, and Jayden Micheal Beiver, December 6, 2002 and her sister, Marie Feldpausch, October 23, 1997. Surviving are sons; Louis Hazelwood and his wife Mary Ann of Campobello, SC, Mike Hazelwood and his wife Norma of Philpot, Ky., Harold Hazelwood and his wife Margaret of Bluff City, Ky., Pat Hazelwood and his wife Culette of Bluff City, Ky., Sam Hazelwood of Bluff City, Ky., Tommy Hazelwood of Cooperas Cove, Tx., daughters; ThelmaSissyWatson and her husband Clarence of Owensboro, Wanda Evans and her husband Robert Jr., of Owensboro, Barbara Williamson of Morganfield, Ky., Pauline Gibson and her husband Dennis of Bluff City, Ky., Sue Dodson and her husband Norris of Evansville, Indiana, 27 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, 8 gr.gr. grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 16 step-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services are at 2:00pm. Thursday at Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home chapel, visitation from 2 to 8pm. Wednesday and 11 to 2pm. Thursday. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Reed, Ky. Reverend Ronald Prater will officiate. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice and Palliative Care of the Ohio Valley, Inc. 723 Havard Drive, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301.
