Anna Lucille Brownie Bean, 88, passed away October 29, 2004 at Owensboro Medical Health Systems. Ms. Bean was born November 22, 1915 in Daviess County, KY. and was retired from General Electric-Ken-Rad. She also had been a Avon Representative for over 40 years. She was a member of St. Joseph & Paul Catholic Church, and enjoyed cooking, quilting, collecting Avon bottles and spending time with family. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Elmore Bean in 1981, a son Gary Bean in 1985 and a step-son, Eugene Bean in 1997, daughters, Sharon Bean, 1951 and Judy Gail Bean, 1945. Also five brothers and three sisters. Surviving are a son and his wife, Larry and Jeannie Bean of Owensboro and Joseph and his wife Brenda Bean of Philpot, KY. A daughter and her husband, Patricia and Joe Hamilton of Philpot, KY. 16 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Sisters, Mary Thomasine Smith and Mary Josephine Young both of Owensboro. Also several nieces and nephews.
