Albert J. Winklepleck, 75, of Owensboro, passed away, 9-24-05 at his home. He was retired from Commonwealth Aluminum as a factory worker and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II. He had a lifelong love of woodworking, Texas holdem poker and a Jeremey Mayfield fan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jane Winklepleck in 1984, and his parents: Albert A. Winklepleck and Anna Bel Hoheimer Winklepleck. He is survived by two sons: David Winklepleck and his wife, Stephenie, of Owensboro and Danny Winklepleck of St. Charles Ill. A daughter, Sheryl Renfrow of Owensboro and 7 grandchildren: Brian, Tyler, Kelsey, Justin, Matthew, Jeremy and Nicholas. A sister, Margaret Morrison of Owensboro.
